Redesigned pitch decks and presentations for buildings and real estate developments across the United States. The original presentations were very text heavy and plain with a lot of graphs and charts. The content includes building facts, statistics, maps of the neighborhood, market studies, and population projections.

The challenge was to break up the text and create visually exciting layouts that still communicated the information and material efficiently. I also designed infographics and maps that offered a visual alternative to the bulky blocks of text that were in the original presentation.
