DIALA HAMDALLAH

A rebranding of a hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii – a vibrant area popular for its surf beach. The area is lined with hotels so the goal was for the hotel's branding to stand out while also representing the brightness and multitude of colors and patterns Hawaii is famous for. Several illustrations using mirroring were created highlighting different elements that characterize the island such as its marine wildlife, abundant foliage, exciting nightlife, luscious fruits, and exotic birds and animals. The client ultimately decided to stick with a simple and bright gradient instead of the illustration and imagery created as it better fit the interior design of the hotel.
